Registration and Return Policy

Registration:

Program registrations are accepted on a first-submitted, first-accepted basis. Registrations can be submitted online, or by phone (713-780-2131). Registrations will be accepted up to 2:00 PM Central Time on on the Friday prior to the program start date (if the event is not full). Confirmation and detailed instructions will be sent after payment is processed. The program does not include hand out materials, but attendees are provided a reference outline for those seeking further information.
Fees:

Fees are due at the time of registration by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check (payable in US funds to Energy Training Resources LLC). Registrations within ten business days of the program require credit card payment. All payments by check must be received within 5 business days to confirm a reservation.

Enrollment Changes:
All requests for substitution or notice of cancelation must be in writing via fax (713-780-2704) or email (enrollment@energytrainingresources.com). All requests will be confirmed via email or fax response. Registrants may elect to send a substitute to any program by notifying us prior to the course start date. Registrants may cancel their reservations with the following conditions:
  • When notice is given ten or more business days prior to the program start date, the registrant will receive a refund of the full fee paid, or at registrant’s option, the full fee may be applied to a future course.
  • When notice is given four to nine business days prior to the program start date, the registrant will receive a refund of 80% of the fee paid.
  • When notice is given three or fewer business days prior to the program start date, the registrant will receive a refund of 50% of the fee paid.
  • No refund or credit will be given for no-shows.
Program Cancelation:

We reserve the right to cancel a program if enrollment is insufficient. This decision is made approximately two weeks before the program begins. If this occurs, enrollees will receive a full refund or be given the opportunity to transfer to another program. Due to the inherent nature of the training business, acceptance of our registration policies includes the understanding that Energy Training Resources LLC will not be held liable for any cancelation fees incurred by the registrants for travel and accommodation expenses should a program be canceled.
 

Product Return:

Energy Training Resources LLC guarantees customer satisfaction and will provide a refund on any items returned in original condition within 20 days from date the order was shipped. The refund amount shall not include shipping and handling costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. Please ship returns with a copy of the shipping form to:

If any product is damaged in shipment, please retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Adjustments to your account are only guaranteed if contact with our office is made within 14 days of our original shipping date, so that we can contact the shipper before their damage notification deadline.
